The business runs itself, and reports to you
An owner spends the day inside the work and the evening doing the paperwork: guessing how busy tomorrow will be, remembering who is due back, and piecing together what happened. Nobody predicts the slow week or the rainy Saturday until it arrives.
What we built
An operating system where the AI watches the whole business the way a good manager would. It predicts from the business's own history, seasonal patterns for the trade and the weather, guides the owner through what to do next, and writes the reports itself.
Built with
- Forecasts from the business's own records, trade seasonality and weather data
- AI agents that explain and guide
- Rules for what needs the owner's approval
How the loop runs
- Every call, booking, order, job and expense is recorded as it happens, with nobody typing it in
- Business Brain predicts what is coming: busy and slow days, seasonal swings for the trade and, for restaurants, how much to prep from the weather forecast, bookings and past sales
- It predicts when each customer is due back and lines up the reminder for the owner to approve
- During the day it monitors the business and flags what needs attention
- At the end of the day nobody writes a report: the daily briefing and the monthly report arrive on the owner's phone
