CreAIve Labs runs calls, bookings, orders and customer records for local businesses, so we treat that data with care. This page explains how your business data is protected today.

How We Protect Your Data

• Isolated per business — each business can only see its own records, and the separation is enforced in the database itself
• Signed-in access only — every request to your data requires a signed-in user; only pages meant to be public skip sign-in
• Encryption — your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Verified events — payment and phone updates are accepted only when the provider has signed them
• Owner approval — the AI never spends money or texts your customers without your approval

Backups

Business data is backed up every day. Each backup is encrypted and automatically restored in a test to prove it works.

Privacy

• We do not sell your data or your customers' data
• You can ask us to delete your business data at any time
• Calls answered by the AI phone agent include a recording notice
