Quotes without driving out
Every quote meant driving to the address, walking the property and measuring the lawn by hand. Hours of unpaid driving before a single dollar of work, and slow quotes lose jobs to whoever answers first.
What we built
A computer vision model that measures the lawn from satellite imagery. It reads the property at the address, separates the lawn from the house, driveway and trees, and turns the measured area into an estimate.

How the loop runs
- A homeowner calls or asks for a quote; the AI phone agent takes the address
- The satellite image of the property is pulled and the lawn is measured with OpenCV, filtering out roofs, pavement and trees
- The measured square footage and the owner's own rates produce an estimate ready to send
- Every measured property is saved to keep improving the model
- Crews clock in and out from the crew portal when the job is booked
